What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal.


Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States. However, we do not ship to Military Post Offices.


Do you charge sales tax?

Customers inside Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax. There will be no sales tax for customers who live outside Wisconsin.


How much is shipping?

Orders will be shipped Ground, Three Day Delivery or Two Day Delivery.
Shipments will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99 per order for Ground, $11.99 per order for Three Day Delivery or $16.99 per order for Two Day Delivery.


How many days will it take for delivery?

Orders are shipped from our distribution facility located in Peckville, Pennsylvania.
Total estimated delivery time for Ground shipments is 3 - 6 business days.
Total estimated delivery time for Three Day Delivery shipments is 3 - 4 business days.
Total estimated delivery time for Two Day Delivery shipments is 3 business days.


How do I know if my order has shipped?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1 - 2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package.


What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at admin@esexylingerie.com within 7 days of delivery for instructions.

Please note the following:

We will accept returns for exchange or refund.

Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original packaging. All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition. All labels and tags must be attached. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

Customer must ship return within 10 days of delivery.

On all exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping charges.

All refunds are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. In addition, shipping costs are not refundable.

Restocking fees up to 25% may apply if the return/exchange policy is not followed.

Refused Shipments -- All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost incurred.
